Clarified the rules for determining regulatory costs for fuel

According to the position of the Russian Finance Ministry in approving the standard costs for the purchase of fuel to the federal authority, controls the state budget funds of the Russian Federation, including within their public institutions, it is necessary to establish standards for the daily running of the car (for example, 100 km per day) and the price of one liter of fuel.

As standards can be applied, the reference price, which means the average market value of goods determined according to at least three sources (this applies, in particular, the official website of the manufacturer or supplier). In this case, an indicator that is used in the calculation of standard costs, not the initial (maximum) contract price.

These recommendations are reflected in the Letter of the Ministry of Finance of Russia from 21.01.2015 N 02-02-08 / 1528.

At present, the provisions of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL of normalization does not operate. Entry into force was postponed to January 1, 2016 (see. The Federal Law of 04.06.2014 N 140-FL). However, despite this, some agencies provide explanations relating to matters of valuation.
