These goods (works, services) are including work on the overhaul of technically complex capital construction projects for the purchase of an additional requirement that the participants experience is the presence of the performance of the contract to carry out the work.

According to the agency the amount of purchases from small businesses entities and socially-oriented non-profit organizations (SMEs and SONO), the customer must be determined by the total value of the contracts.
