Procurement schedules for 2016 is proposed to locate under the old rules

Action Order of Ministry of Economic Development of Russia N 544, Treasury Russia N 18H from 20.09.2013 is proposed to extend for 2016. In the case of the adoption of appropriate amendments procurement schedules for 2016 will be posted on the official website of the title subject to the provisions of the order.

Recall that according to the Federal Law of 31.12.2014 N 498-FL of the entry into force of Art. 21 (except h. 11) of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL, which defined a new procedure for placement in the unified information system (the official website) schedules, moved in 2016.  Consequently, this procedure will not apply in respect of schedules drawn up in 2015 to 2016.
