The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has launched a series of electronic auctions for the supply of vaccines for the needs of the Main Veterinary Department of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. The initial (maximum) contract price is 6.8 million rubles.

The Russian Ministry of Finance recalls that in accordance with Part 3 of Article 96 of Law No. 44-FZ, warranty obligations can be secured either by an independent guarantee or by depositing funds into the customer's account. The method of securing, the duration of the guarantee and the amount are determined by the procurement participant independently, but subject to the requirements of the law.

The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has announced an electronic auction for the supply of computer equipment for the State Institution "Center for Digital Transformation of the Republic of Tatarstan". The initial (maximum) contract price is 1.7 million rubles.

The Ministry of Finance recalled that when purchasing works on construction, reconstruction, overhaul and demolition of capital construction facilities, the description of the facility is formed by including the project documentation in the notice. This is considered to be the proper fulfillment of the requirements of clauses 1-3, parts 1 and Part 2, art. 33 of Law No. 44-FZ.

From January to March 2026, more than 14.5 thousand state and municipal contracts totaling over 55.5 billion rubles were signed in the republic. Budget savings based on the results of purchases amounted to 1.77% – 889 million rubles, which remained in the region. The Government of the Russian Federation has amended Order No. 2710-r dated 09/29/2025, updating the list of products for which catalog items are being formed as part of the experiment, indicating specific trademarks, brands and models.
