The Ministry of Finance recalled that by January 1, 2025, customers were required to bring their procurement regulations in line with the current provisions of Law No. 223-FZ (as amended by Law No. 318-FZ of 08.08.2024).

Since January 1, 2025, regional and municipal customers of the Republic of Tatarstan have concluded 2,665 contacts totaling more than 2.2 billion rubles. This was announced during the weekly meeting at the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan. It was conducted by the chairman of the department, Marat Ziatdinov.

According to the amendments made to paragraph 1 of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 03/10/2022 No. 339, the customer enters into a contract with the sole counterparty in accordance with this decree no later than December 31, 2025.

n 2024, the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted 928 centralized purchases totaling 6.8 billion rubles. The reporting information is published on the official website of the department.
