Amendments have been made to the rules for determining the country of origin of certain types of goods for public procurement purposes

The list of conditions, production and technological operations, under which the product is considered to originate from the EAEU state, has been adjusted. They are installed, among other things, for medical syringe injectors.

The list of goods has also been expanded, the country of origin of which is determined for the purposes of state (municipal) contracts according to the rules in force in the CIS. In particular, exhaust umbrellas for the food industry, an anticoagulant container for donor plasmapheresis or for preserving blood components, support canes, hot tubs and showers are included.

The innovations will start working on June 5, 2025.
