Starting from July 1, 2026, purchases under clauses 4 and 5 of Part 1 of Article 93 of Law No. 44-FZ will be conducted in a new register — the Register of Small Procurement Contracts.

In the first half of 2026, the RT State Procurement Committee conducted 241 centralized purchases totaling more than 1.6 billion rubles. Thanks to competitive procedures, budget expenditures decreased by 5.04%, saving 78.9 million rubles. This was reported at the weekly meeting of the department.

The RT State Procurement Committee announced an electronic auction for the supply of office paper for the needs of 21 state and municipal institutions of the republic. The initial (maximum) contract price is 11.7 million rubles.

From June 29 to July 3, 2026, the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan placed purchases totaling 22.2 million rubles.

The Government of the Russian Federation has amended Resolution No. 1875, which regulates the national procurement regime under 44-FZ and 223-FZ. The amendments clarify the procedure for obtaining permits from the Ministry of Industry and Trade for the purchase of foreign goods, as well as adjust a number of related restrictions.

The RT State Procurement Committee announced an electronic auction for the supply of vehicles for five professional educational institutions of the republic. The initial (maximum) contract price is 11.4 million rubles.

The Russian Ministry of Health has prepared a draft order correcting the procedure for determining the initial (maximum) contract price for the purchase of medical products. The changes bring Order No. 450n in line with current legislation.

The Center for Economic and Social Research of the Republic of Tatarstan under the Cabinet of Ministers will conduct two sociological studies with a total coverage of 7.3 thousand residents of the Republic. The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan summed up the results of an electronic auction for the supply of computer equipment for the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic. The initial purchase price was 28.8 million rubles. During the competitive procedure, the cost was reduced to 15.1 million rubles, budget savings amounted to 13.7 million rubles (47.5%).

The Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia clarified the procedure for confirming the experience of procurement participants with additional requirements under Government Decree No. 2571. The Agency recalled that the participant is obliged to submit an executed contract comparable to the subject of the purchase, as well as the documents provided for in the annex to the resolution.
