The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan summed up the results of an electronic auction for the supply of computer equipment for the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic. The initial purchase price was 28.8 million rubles. During the competitive procedure, the cost was reduced to 15.1 million rubles, budget savings amounted to 13.7 million rubles (47.5%).
Five suppliers took part in the auction, and all bids were found to meet the requirements. The winner was a small business entity from St. Petersburg (SOLING LLC).
The agency will receive 185 monoblocks — computers with a screen built into the case. The delivery must be completed by September 30, 2026. The warranty period for the equipment is at least 12 months.
"Saving almost 14 million rubles in the purchase of computer equipment is a vivid example of the effectiveness of competitive procedures. Transparent auctions allow us to purchase high—quality equipment at an optimal price, saving budget funds," said Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.
