Starting from July 1, 2026, it is planned to introduce mandatory standard contract terms in procurement under Law No. 44-FZ, which unify the measures of responsibility of the parties. The relevant draft resolution has been prepared by the Government of the Russian Federation based on the proposals of the Accounts Chamber.

The results of the work over the past week were announced at the weekly meeting of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan. In the period from March 23 to March 27, five purchases totaling over 11.5 million rubles were published.

The Agency noted that if the customer uses special industry procedures approved by federal authorities to calculate the initial (maximum) contract price, he does not need to additionally justify the impossibility of using the methods listed in Part 1 of Article 22 of Law No. 44-FZ.

By Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 287 dated March 18, 2026, the Federal Antimonopoly Service was given new powers. Among them: the establishment of a procedure for determining the initial (maximum) contract price, the price of a contract with a single supplier, as well as the initial unit price of goods, work, and services (NMCC) when purchasing services to protect transport infrastructure facilities from acts of unlawful interference.

The RT State Procurement Committee has placed two purchases for the needs of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic for a total amount of more than 2.1 million rubles. Within the framework of electronic auctions, it is planned to conclude contracts for the provision of educational services for advanced training and professional retraining programs.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade has approved methodological recommendations for the evaluation of technological processes for the production of medicines in accordance with Resolution No. 719.

The republic's State Procurement Committee has announced an electronic auction for the supply of two buses for state-owned institutions - the Teply Dom and Kamskie Zori social shelters for children and adolescents in Drozhzhanovsky and Mendeleevsky districts. The initial (maximum) contract price is 9.26 million rubles.

The first zonal seminars of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan started this year in the Arsky district. The key topics of the events were "Effective participation in procurement" and "Public procurement: changes and practice in the application of 44-FZ".

The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan summed up the results of an electronic auction for the provision of technical support services for GIS "Unified Archival Information System of the Republic of Tatarstan" and IT infrastructure. The system, created within the framework of the state program "Development of archival affairs in the Republic of Tatarstan", automates work with documents and ensures prompt access of citizens to archival information. The customer is the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Archival Affairs.
