Starting from July 1, 2026, it is planned to introduce mandatory standard contract terms in procurement under Law No. 44-FZ, which unify the measures of responsibility of the parties. The relevant draft resolution has been prepared by the Government of the Russian Federation based on the proposals of the Accounts Chamber.
The results of the work over the past week were announced at the weekly meeting of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan. In the period from March 23 to March 27, five purchases totaling over 11.5 million rubles were published.
