They plan to introduce requirements for a security guarantee in competitive procurement from SMSP under Law No. 223-FZ. So, the customer will accept guarantees of banks from the list under the Law N 44-FZ. Information about them must be in one of the registers under this law.

On April 24, the order of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation on approval of standard terms of contracts for creation and (or) development (modernization) works comes into force.

The participant of the electronic auction submitted the minutes of the extraordinary meeting of participants on the approval of a major transaction as part of the second part of the application. The customer rejected the application due to the expiration of the decision to approve the transaction. In his opinion, the submission of the protocol meant that a decision was necessary to participate in the procurement.

The procurement regulations should include the procedure for determining and justifying the NMC, the price of the contract with a single supplier, and the price of a unit of labor.

The amendments on small e-procurement came into force in April. The price of one such purchase should not exceed 3 million rubles. inclusive. Customers can only purchase products.

A new procedure for conducting an electronic request for quotations has been launched. You can now buy more and faster using this method: the purchase price of the NMC has increased to 3 million rubles, and the procedural time has been reduced.
