Standard terms of state contracts for the creation and development of information systems have been approved

On April 24, the order of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation on approval of standard terms of contracts for the creation and (or) development (modernization) of:
* state (municipal) information systems;
• other information systems.
The conditions must be applied when purchasing with the code 62.01.1 OKPD 2. They will become mandatory after 30 calendar days after their placement in the UIS. They're not there yet.
There are no restrictions on the NMCC.
