Amendments on the obligation of customers under Law No. 223-FZ to justify the NMCD have been published

The procurement regulations should include the procedure for determining and justifying the NMC, the price of the contract with a single supplier, and the price of a unit of labor.
In addition, the regulation must specify how to determine the price formula for calculating the amounts that the customer pays to the supplier in the performance of the contract, and the maximum value of the contract price.
The changes will start working from April 16. Customers were given 90 days from that date to change the position. Purchases that were started before the updated regulations were posted, but within the specified time limit, will be completed according to the old rules.
