The results of the week were summed up at the weekly meeting of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by the head of the department, Marat Ziatdinov.  Over the past week, information has been published on the holding of electronic auctions for 10 purchases totaling more than 27 million rubles.

Today, the RT Procurement Development Center JSC is holding a seminar on the topic: "Application of the national procurement regime, taking into account the latest amendments to 44-FZ."

An updated list of banks has been posted that meet the requirements set out in paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Article 45 of Law No. 44‑FZ, which are entitled to issue independent guarantees to secure applications, fulfill contracts, and guarantee procurement obligations.

The specialists of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation provided important clarifications regarding the specifics of procurement of construction works, during which goods are supplied within the framework of Federal Law 44-FZ.

The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan announced the holding of three electronic auctions for the supply of vehicles for the needs of republican institutions and departments. As part of these purchases, it is planned to purchase 6 vehicles.

The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has announced an electronic auction for the supply of new computer equipment to educational institutions in the region. The procurement customer is the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation has initiated the introduction of forward contracts to support microelectronics manufacturers. This was announced by the head of the department Anton Alikhanov during a speech at the Microelectronics 2025 forum in Sirius.

The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has announced an electronic auction worth more than 2.8 million rubles. The customer is the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, which requires services for the manufacture of sets of departmental awards.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia has prepared draft resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation clarifying the lists of goods subject to the national regime for public procurement. The amendments will affect the annexes to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1875 dated December 23, 2024 "On measures to provide national treatment" in the field of state and municipal procurement.
