RT State Committee on Procurement announced savings of 5.3 billion rubles of budget funds
Since the beginning of the year, procurement notices totaling more than 270 billion rubles have been published by participants in the public procurement system from Tatarstan, and contracts worth 262 billion rubles have been concluded. Budget savings amounted to 5.3 billion rubles. Such data was provided today by the chairman of the RT State Committee on Procurement. Marat Ziatdinov at a press conference in Tatar-inform.
He spoke about the innovations of the law on the contract system adopted to support Russian manufacturers and stimulate import substitution, as well as the digitalization of the public procurement system.
"The legislation establishes a complete ban on the purchase of foreign industrial goods, as well as foreign software if there are Russian analogues in the relevant registry. Admission restrictions have also been introduced for foreign electronic products, food, medical products and medicines. These measures are aimed at stimulating import substitution and supporting domestic producers in the public procurement system," Ziatdinov said.
He noted that "elements of the national regime were used as pilot projects last year." The State Committee conducted 437 purchases of various categories of goods, from vehicles, food to furniture and office paper. The Agency continues to work to support domestic producers through the placement of centralized purchases. This mainly concerns computer equipment, transport, furniture, and food.
"For 11 months of this year, 430 contracts worth just over 27 billion rubles were signed as part of the implementation of national projects. The largest amounts have been realized within the framework of the national projects "Infrastructure for Life", "Youth and children", "Long active life", "Family"," said Ziatdinov.
