The RT State Procurement Committee has trained 2,000 specialists since the beginning of the year
Since the beginning of the year, Tatarstan's State Procurement Committee, together with the Republic's Procurement Development Center, has held 61 educational events and trained about 2,000 customer specialists and participants in the public procurement process.
Since November 2024, the committee has initiated a large-scale educational program to support and improve the professional level of customers and suppliers in the republic. Over the past period, we have organized a series of zonal educational seminars in Sabinsky and Buinsky districts. This year, zonal seminars were held in Chistopolsky, Almetyevsky, Nizhnekamsk districts, as well as in Naberezhnye Chelny.
Thus, the educational initiative made it possible to reach more than 1,676 representatives of customers and suppliers from 44 municipalities of Tatarstan, which significantly increased the efficiency of the region's procurement system.
This year, we launched a project of an educational program for novice specialists in the field of procurement "The Buyer. A new generation." 5 graduates have been employed, and recommendations have been sent for two students for further employment. Two more specialists will join the ranks of the Luhansk People's Republic by combining the project with the "Bridge of Unity" program organized by the Youth Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, with the support of the Government of the Republic.
The State Committee plans to form a unified database of trained purchasers.
