According to specialists of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, in the event that the deadline for the execution of a separate stage (separate stages) of contract execution changes within the contract execution period, a change in the price of the stages of contract execution is allowed on the basis of Part 65.1 of Article 112 of Law No. 44-FL, which provides for the possibility of change by agreement of the parties on the basis of a decision of the Government of the Russian Federation, the highest executive body of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation, local administration of any essential terms of contracts.
