Since the beginning of 2025, a new Government Decree No. 1875 has been in effect, which seriously changes the rules of the game for public procurement of computer equipment.

Small technology companies concluded 5.3 thousand contracts with state-owned companies for a total of 78.5 billion rubles as part of purchases under 223-FZ in the first half of 2025. At the same time, 87% of them were concluded with small technology companies from among small and medium-sized businesses. The volume of such agreements exceeded 62.3 billion rubles. The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has posted an open electronic tender for conducting a sociological study, the purpose of which is to assess the satisfaction of Tatarstan citizens with the quality of social services provided by various types of organizations in the region.
