In response to a request, the Russian Ministry of Finance indicated that when purchasing medical products, the restriction provided for in Resolution No. 1875 applies in the cases specified in sub-paragraphs "d" and "p" of paragraph 4 of Resolution No. 1875.

In the first quarter of 2025 in Tatarstan, the volume of purchases by state-owned companies from small and medium-sized businesses increased to 172.52 billion rubles. The republic has risen to the 2nd place among Russian regions in terms of public procurement, overtaking St. Petersburg (170.59 billion rubles). Moscow ranks first (511.81 billion rubles).

A comprehensive plan for the development of passenger transportation will be developed in Tatarstan. The relevant purchase was placed by the RT State Procurement Committee. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia and the Federal Tax Service (FTS) of Russia signed a joint letter in which they recommended that customers use interactive assessment services for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs when conducting purchases. The aim of the initiative is to increase the transparency of procurement procedures and eliminate unscrupulous participants.

During the past week, from May 12 to May 18, the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted purchases totaling 508 million rubles. This was reported at the weekly meeting in the department.

Within the framework of the visit, representatives of the delegation headed by the khokim of the region, Ulugbek Mustafoev, visited the Himgrad technopolis. The guests were accompanied by Chairman of the RT State Procurement Committee Marat Ziatdinov.

On June 10, a zonal seminar "Public procurement: changes and practice of applying 44-FZ" will be held in Almetyevsk. The event is organized by the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan JSC.
