The government of the Russian Federation approved the Rules of coordination by customers of purchases of goods defined in accordance with part 6 of Art. 3.1-1 of the Federal law of July 18, 2011 № 223-FZ "on procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities" (hereinafter – the Law № 223-FZ), as well as purchases, the subject of which are the execution of works, provision of services, rent (including chartering, financial lease), the terms of which provide for the use of these goods, with the coordination body of the Government of the Russian Federation to coordinate the procurement of customers (hereinafter – the Order).
