The Ministry of Finance announced: the bidders can already open a special account
The Agency indicated that all the necessary agreements between banks and electronic platforms have been concluded. The "new" site will be available from the date of signing of the treaties on the functioning between the sites, the FAS and the Ministry of Finance. This is planned to be done before October 1.
In the meantime, procurement participants can prepare for the provision of applications under the new rules: choose a Bank from the list, open a special account or conclude an additional agreement to the old account. This applies to all participants in the procurement Law No. 44-FZ and of subjects of small and average business participating in the procurement Law No. 223-FZ. Please note that the special account agreement has special requirements.
