It is planned to introduce a ban on the purchase of certain goods from imported aluminum
Additions to the rules on which the national regime is applied, prepared and submitted for public discussion by the Ministry of industry and trade.
The order will extend on purchases under the Law No. 44-FZ. Participants will be obliged to confirm the country of origin of products – to provide a certificate issued by the authorized body of the EAEU member States in the form of the international agreement of the CIS of 20.11.2009. Customers will have to reject applications for foreign aluminum products. Exception: the product has no Russian analogue. The list of goods for the purchase of which it is planned to establish a ban is presented in the Draft decree of the government of the Russian Federation from 07.09.2018
