Medical products with restrictions on the supply of foreign goods under the Law n 44-FZ may become more
The Ministry of industry and trade has prepared a draft amendments to the list of medical products for which the conditions of admission of foreign goods. The office proposes to include in the list:
torinoko;
sterilizers, air;
tonometers for measuring intraocular pressure;
concentrates for hemodialysis;
devices of artificial ventilation of lungs;
beds medical functional;
thermostats are dry air.
If the amendments are adopted, the purchase of these medical products will need to take into account the restrictions provided for in the list 1:
do not combine in one lot with goods not from the list;
reject applications with the offer of goods from other countries, if allowed at least two participants who offered products from the EAEU countries, produced by different manufacturers;
check availability of certificate of origin;
take into account the ban on the replacement of goods not from the EAEU countries and the manufacturer in the performance of the contract, if applications were rejected under the terms of admission.
