The Ministry of Land and Property Relations of Tatarstan needs to digitize contracts for the gratuitous use of objects owned by the republic and analyze the status of these objects using artificial intelligence technologies. 5.4 million rubles are planned to be allocated from the republic's budget for these purposes. The tender was placed by the RT State Procurement Committee.
The Agency needs to digitize 1,300 contracts and 3,800 additional agreements to them, obtain text from digitized documents using artificial intelligence technologies, and compare data obtained after text processing from scans with data from the republic's automated state property accounting information system.
"There is an advantage for SME representatives in terms of procurement. If the contractor is not a small business entity or a socially oriented non-profit organization, then it is necessary to involve subcontractors or co-executors from among SMEs in accordance with 44 FZ in the execution of the contract. The volume of such services should be 30 percent of the contract price," commented Iskander Bagautdinov, Deputy Chairman of the State Procurement Committee.
The deadline for completion is until the end of 2025.
