The list of banks to whose bank accounts the security of applications is deposited has been changed

On 02/27/2025, Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 469-r dated 02/27/2025 was published.

The Order excludes electronic procedures provided for by the Federal Law "On the Contract System for Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services for State and Municipal Needs" from the list of banks where funds are deposited into bank accounts to secure an application for participation in a purchase, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1451-r dated July 13, 2018. the following banks:

Public Joint Stock Company ROSBANK
