The Ministry of Industry and Trade clarified the rules for confirming the country of origin of goods
The Ministry of Industry and Trade clarified that entries from the RAP registry can no longer be used to confirm the country of origin of goods under the new rules of the national regime. Now you need to specify the entry number, for example, from the register of Russian industrial products.
In March 2025, it is planned to make changes, according to which new electronics, including telecommunications equipment, will be included in the register of Russian industrial products. Current entries from the RAP registry will also be transferred there.
The Ministry of Finance has previously drawn attention to changes in the procedure for confirming the country of origin of goods.
