The President declared the days from 4 to 7 May inclusive non-working. In this regard, the Ministry of Finance issued an explanation. The deadline for submitting applications for public procurement, which is calculated only in working days, was recommended to customers to extend the period of non-working days.

The customer purchased bulldozers. The participant complained that the object of purchase was described as a foreign manufacturer. Meanwhile, you can supply Russian goods from the register of industrial products. The purchase plan for 2021 provides for only one such delivery. The quota requirements for Russian goods have been violated, as the maximum share of purchases of foreign products has been exceeded.

From July 1, 2021, it is not possible to combine medical products of different types according to the nomenclature classification in one purchase, if a certain amount is exceeded. The size of the NMC depends on how much money was spent on medical products last year:

The winner of the purchase signed the contract on the last day and attached a payment order for the amount of the security. After 2 days, he informed the customer that in the near future he would change the method of collateral to a bank guarantee.
The customer recognized the winner as having evaded the conclusion of the contract: the money was not credited to the account. There is no security. The information was included in the RNP.

The customer identified a low-quality product during acceptance.
The supplier replaced the products within the delivery time.
The customer paid for the goods and demanded a fine for improper performance of the contract. The supplier did not agree with this: he replaced the product, and the customer accepted it and paid for it. In this case, a penalty for late delivery is allowed.

According to the draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation prepared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the annex to Resolution No. 2014 of December 3, 2020 "On the minimum mandatory share of purchases of Russian goods and its achievement by the Customer" (hereinafter – Resolution No. 2014) is proposed to be supplemented with 53 new items. In particular, the specified application may include some musical instruments, certain types of sports equipment and equipment, medical devices (Draft Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation "On Amendments to the Annex to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 3, 2020, No. 2014...").

The customer purchased transport insurance services. Participants were asked to specify the number of seats of one of the cars in order to calculate the insurance premium. The customer explained: "the number of seats is 16 + 1".

The participant of the construction purchase complained that the customer incorrectly set the condition for membership in the SRO: in the documentation there is a requirement for contributions to the fund for ensuring contractual obligations, but there is no requirement for contributions to the damage compensation fund.
