The Ministry of Industry and Trade explained how to apply the rules of the national regime in state purchases of radio-electronic products

The department noted that purchases of radio electronics from the list without restrictions on the admission of foreign products are possible only in exceptional cases and with a permit. However, there is no procedure for issuing such permits, so it is advisable to set restrictions on any such purchases.
Recall that from Resolution N 878 they plan to remove the provisions on the ability to carry out purchases in some cases without restriction of admission.
