All-Russian conference on public procurement "State order on the shores of Taurida"
On October 6-9, 2021, the Republic of Crimea hosted the II All-Russian conference on public procurement "State order on the banks of Taurida".
The topic of the conference was devoted to innovations in the field of procurement and aspects of law enforcement practice, the specifics of procurement in the spheres of healthcare and construction, as well as issues related to quotas. This year, the speakers of the conference were representatives of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Federal Treasury, FAS Russia, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, the Industrial Development Fund, JSC SME Corporation, the Russian State University of Justice, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, FAU RosKapStroy, as well as procurement experts.
Within the framework of the conference, topical issues of regulation and reform of the contract system, prospects and initiatives for changes in procurement legislation, stages of improvement and development of the EIS, law enforcement trends in control and reform in terms of bringing to the uniformity of FAS decisions, rules for drawing up technical specifications, preparation of a draft contract, etc. execution of concluded contracts, complex issues of import substitution in the course of procurement. In addition, a "round table" was held with delegates from the regions of Russia, at which problematic issues in the field of procurement for state and municipal needs in the regions were discussed.
This year the conference was attended by 74 delegates from 23 constituent entities of the Russian Federation, including representatives of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for procurement and JSC "Center for the Development of Procurements of the Republic of Tatarstan".
