If circumstances have arisen during the execution of a construction contract, due to which it cannot be fulfilled, then in 2022 a number of its conditions can be changed.

The price of the drug from the VED in the draft contract exceeded the maximum selling price, so the winner asked to reduce it through the protocol of disagreement.
