Bringing to responsibility for placing documents with shortcomings in the unified information system in the field of procurement — explanations of the Federal Antimonopoly Service
Among other things, the Agency noted: if customers do not approve the procurement documentation during open procedures, this does not mean that they can avoid responsibility, since the information is reflected in the notice.
If the content of the documents and notices attached to it does not comply with Federal Law No. 44, the official of the customer will be fined 15 thousand rubles.
The same composition will be used if you submit incorrect reports on purchases from small businesses and socially oriented non-profit organizations and on the volume of purchases of Russian goods.
It is permissible to punish for improper execution of procurement documentation only when conducting closed procedures.
