N 102", as well as the order of 10.03.2020 N 154n/749, according to which changes were made to the methodology.

In the autumn of 2022, changes were made to the Rules for maintaining the register of Contracts approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 27.01.2022 N 60. Among other things, amendments to sub-item "b" of paragraph 15 of the Rules establish the obligation to enter into the register of contracts information about the changed Codes of the Budget Classification, Codes of Target Expenditure Items, Codes of the Type of Expenditure (in case of changes in these codes in accordance with budget legislation) no later than February 1 of the fiscal year in which these codes are to be applied.
