The specifics of the formation of lots in the case of purchases under Federal Law No. 44 of medical devices are explained
According to representatives of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the specifics of the formation of lots, established by paragraph 1 of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 04/19/2021 No. 620 "On the requirement for the formation of lots in the procurement of medical devices that are the object of procurement for state and municipal needs" (hereinafter - Resolution No. 620), are applied based on the amount of money paid for execution of the relevant contracts in the previous year.
Recall that Resolution No. 620 prohibits the unification of medical devices of various types within the subject of one contract (one lot) in accordance with the nomenclature classification of medical devices by type, provided that the values of the initial (maximum) contract price (lot price) specified in paragraph 1 of this document are exceeded.
