Ban on the admission of foreign goods: The Ministry of Industry and Trade explained the specifics of the execution of government contracts
If a procurement participant with a ban on admission indicated in the application the entry number from the register of Russian industrial products, then when executing the contract, he submits an opinion that the goods were produced in the Russian Federation.
The Agency noted: at the time of the transfer of the goods, the conclusion should be valid, and the products should be in the named register.
If the number of the registry entry has changed during the execution of the contract, the parties may conclude an agreement on the supply of products with improved characteristics. For a new product, you need to submit an entry number from the register of Russian industrial products. Information about such a record is included in the contract.
