State unitary enterprise of the Republic of Tatarstan "Center of development of purchases of the Republic of Tatarstan" together with the State purchases committee of the Republic of Tatarstan plans holding a one-day free seminar for republican customers under the Federal law of 18.07.2011 No. 223-FL "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities".
This conclusion is drawn on the basis of provisions of part 7th Art. 94 of the Law N 44-FL. According to this norm the document on acceptance of results of performance of the contract, its separate stages is signed by the customer or all members of an inspection (at its creation) and is approved as the customer.
In the second half of the year 2015 the State committee of the Republic of Tatarstan realizes a number of the measures directed on suppression and the further prevention of corruption offenses.
