The seminar for republican customers will take place on September 22

State unitary enterprise of the Republic of Tatarstan "Center of development of purchases of the Republic of Tatarstan" together with the State purchases committee of the Republic of Tatarstan plans holding a one-day free seminar for republican customers under the Federal law of 18.07.2011 No. 223-FL "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities".

The program of a seminar includes consideration of the following subjects:

- standard and legal base in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services by separate types of legal entities, an order of the organization of purchases according to 223-FL; development of provision on purchase, requirements for structure and content of situation; scheduling of purchases; formation of reports according to 223-FL;

- ways of placement of purchases of goods, works, services by separate types of legal entities; purchases in an electronic form; justification of a choice of a way of procurement procedure; the main requirements to participants of purchases on 223-FL;

- essential terms of the contract; conclusion, change, execution and cancellation of the contract;

- control of observance of norms 223-FL, the Federal law of 26.07.2006 No. 135-FZ "About protection of the competition"; main requirements and practice of control; administrative offenses and penalties for a violation of the law in the field of purchases of goods, works, services by separate types of legal entities;

- settlement of disputes, connected with application 223-FL; order of contest of decisions of antimonopoly service; review of practice of arbitration court.

Participants of a seminar will have opportunity to ask the interesting questions and to receive necessary explanations.

  Certificate: Upon termination of training the nominal certificate on participation in a seminar is issued.
