A consent of the subject is not required on the processing of personal data within the Law N 44-FL.

This conclusion is applicable to situations where the processing of personal data of private persons is provided by the Law N 44-FL. For example, if the provider is a self-employed entrepreneur, the registry contracts also include information about his name, place of residence (n. 7 h. 2, Art. 103 of the Act).

Economic Development substantiates this conclusion follows. As follows from part 1, Art. 6 Law N 152-FL, if there is no consent of the subject, the processing of personal data is allowed only in cases stipulated by federal law. One of them is the Law N 44-FZ.
