If such decision is made, the document on acceptance of results of performance of the contract has to be signed by all members of the commission.

This conclusion is drawn on the basis of provisions of part 7th Art. 94 of the Law N 44-FL. According to this norm the document on acceptance of results of performance of the contract, its separate stages is signed by the customer or all members of an inspection (at its creation) and is approved as the customer.
