Stacking order of information about procurement from SMSP established by the Law N 223-FL.

In order to be posted the information on the number and total value of contracts with SMSP on the official website, the customer forms a separate document with the necessary information in the closed part of the website in and (or) makes changes to the existing document containing information on the contracts.
This document will be posted in the official website of the public after it will signed by reinforced qualified electronic signature of the designated person.
Recall that according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 26.06.2015 N 641 purchase amount that is required to implement a number of customers at the SMSP in 2015, it has been reduced.
