The circle of persons whose procurement information is not posted on the official website of the EIS may expand
Draft Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation (prepared by the Ministry of Finance on 09/13/2024)
The draft decree of the Government of the Russian Federation prepared by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation (ID 01/01/09-24/00150734) has been published at the Federal Draft regulatory Legal Acts, according to which it is proposed to supplement the provided paragraph. 1 of Resolution No. 301 dated 03/06/2022, a list of persons indicating customers included in the list of business entities in respect of which a special procedure for making certain types of transactions (operations) is applied, approved by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 221 dated 03/29/2024 "On a special procedure for making certain types of transactions (operations) with shares (shares in authorized capitals) of certain business companies".
In addition, according to the draft, it is supposed to establish the specifics of the implementation of purchases by these persons within the framework of Law No. 44-FZ, including in terms of:
- implementation of closed electronic procedures;
- non-placement of information about concluded contracts on the official website of the EIS;
- procurement planning.
