Office equipment for social institutions to be centrally purchased in Tatarstan
The RT State Procurement Committee announced two electronic auctions for the supply of office equipment for 13 institutions of the republic in the social sphere. More than 8.5 million rubles will be allocated for these purposes.
In total, it is planned to purchase 143 multifunction devices (MFPs) that combine a printer, scanner, copier and fax machine. 126 of them are in black and white with high printing speed, 17 are in color for broader tasks. The cost of one MFP is about 60 thousand rubles.
The equipment will be provided to the Nadezhda social shelter in Mamadyshsky district, boarding schools in Novosheshminsky, Mamadyshsky, Almetyevsky and Tukayevsky districts, a rehabilitation center for children with disabilities in Laishevsky district, as well as comprehensive social service centers Shafkat and Opeka, etc.
"Centralized procurement makes it possible to equip social institutions with high—quality equipment, saving the budget and reducing the time for procedures," said Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the RT State Procurement Committee.
The documentation also states that there are no analogues with the required characteristics in the register of Russian industrial products, so the purchase is carried out without restrictions under the national regime.
Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until April 16, 2026.
