19.7 million rubles will be allocated for the purchase of office paper for the state budget of Tatarstan
The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has announced an electronic auction for the supply of office paper for the needs of 44 republican institutions. 19.7 million rubles have been allocated from the budget for these purposes.
Ministries, hospitals, polyclinics, social and educational institutions, as well as theaters and departments participate in centralized procurement. Among them are the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, large medical centers of the Republic, as well as the Yelabuga boarding School and others.
The contractor will have to deliver more than 54 thousand bundles of A4 and A3 paper. A stamp of at least A is provided for official documents, and a stamp of at least C. The price per pack ranges from 345 to 799 rubles.
"Centralization makes it possible to combine the needs of dozens of institutions into one large purchase, which results in significant budget savings and reduces the burden on customers. In addition, a single quality standard for consumables is ensured," said Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the RT State Procurement Committee.
Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until April 17, 2026.
