49 apartments for 222.4 million rubles will be purchased for orphaned children in Kazan
The RT State Procurement Committee announced an electronic auction for the purchase of 49 residential premises for orphans and children left without parental care. The initial (maximum) contract price is 222.4 million rubles. The customer is the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
All apartments must be located in Kazan. According to the documentation, residential premises can be either separate apartments in apartment buildings or residential buildings. They must be well-maintained in relation to the conditions of the city, with a fine finish, and a ceiling height of at least 2.5 m. Apartments in basements, basements, dilapidated and dilapidated buildings are prohibited. The year of commissioning of the houses is not earlier than 2006.
The area of each apartment is from 24 to 36 square meters (taking into account the provision standards established for Kazan). The funds were allocated as part of a subsidy from the federal budget. The minimum price for one apartment was 5.9 million rubles, the maximum was almost 9 million rubles.
"The purchase of apartments for orphaned children remains a priority area of the region's social policy. Conducting electronic auctions allows not only transparent and efficient use of budget funds, but also to select the best offers on the market, ensuring compliance with all legal norms and procedures," said Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.
It is planned to purchase housing until December 20, 2026.
