Cases of the conclusion of contracts for design, construction and reconstruction of capital construction projects are entered in the list in health sector, cultures, and also objects intended for social service of citizens, in particular, (for example, boarding schools).
Since January 1 the organizations which are under jurisdiction of Turkey can't perform works, render services for ensuring the state and municipal needs. The ban also concerns the legal persons controlled by these organizations and (or) citizens of Turkey.
