Cases of the conclusion of contracts for design, construction and reconstruction of capital construction projects are entered in the list in health sector, cultures, and also objects intended for social service of citizens, in particular, (for example, boarding schools).

Since January 1 the organizations which are under jurisdiction of Turkey can't perform works, render services for ensuring the state and municipal needs. The ban also concerns the legal persons controlled by these organizations and (or) citizens of Turkey.

If the participant evaded or refused the conclusion of the contract, the tender security brought by it is transferred into the account of the customer irrespective of, whether information on such participant contains in the register of unfair suppliers (RUS).

We remind that till January 19, 2016 customers of the Republic of Tatarstan according to point 2.4 of the List of orders of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R. N. Minnikhanov on carrying out actions in the sphere of purchases of the Republic of Tatarstan of December 26, 2015 need to transfer data on digital signatures of responsible specialists in an exchange of acceptance documents (the act, the consignment note, the invoice and others) for registration to SEDO GKZ RT.

Concerning participants of the purchases in particular offering goods of the Turkish origin to delivery at the initiative of the Ministry of Finance can establish the increased ensuring performance of the contract. The innovation concerns purchases under the Law N 44-FL.

Opportunity arises when at least two other requests conforming to the established requirements are submitted. The demand without certificate on an origin of a product will be rejected as will be considered that to delivery the goods of foreign production are offered.

The list is brought into accord with the All-Russian qualifier of production by types of economic activity (OKPD 2). The new list in many respects coincides with the former.

On November 11, speaking at the first meeting of the Tatarstan Anti-Corruption Presidential Commission held at the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that he signed a decree transforming the Tatarstan Anti-Corruption Presidential Council into a commission on 13 October in accordance with the decree of the Russian President Vladimir Putin.  

State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan procurement formulated strategic goals, the achievement of which will be devoted to the activities of anti-corruption in the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on purchases in 2016.

The results achieve the strategic objectives will be discussed at the final meeting of the Anti-Corruption Commission of the State Committee in December 2016.
