The list of cases of the conclusion of contracts of life cycle is expanded

Cases of the conclusion of contracts for design, construction and reconstruction of capital construction projects are entered in the list in health sector, cultures, and also objects intended for social service of citizens, in particular, (for example, boarding schools).

We will remind that as the contract of life cycle it is understood the contract providing not only delivery of goods (performance of work), but also the subsequent service, operation and (or) utilization of these goods or the created object.
