Tender security will be transferred into the account of the customer even if the participant isn't included in RNP

If the participant evaded or refused the conclusion of the contract, the tender security brought by it is transferred into the account of the customer irrespective of, whether information on such participant contains in the register of unfair suppliers (RUS).

The conclusion is based on provisions of the Law N 44-FL according to which the money deposited as tender security on participation in electronic auction is transferred into the account specified by the customer at evasion or refusal of the participant to sign the contract.
