The Turkish companies can't perform work and render services in contracts

Since January 1 the organizations which are under jurisdiction of Turkey can't perform works, render services for ensuring the state and municipal needs. The ban also concerns the legal persons controlled by these organizations and (or) citizens of Turkey.

The exception is made by works (service) provided in contracts which are signed till December 30, 2015.

The ban will work, won't cancel the measures established in the Decree yet.
