For suppliers of the Turkish goods can establish the increased providing the contract

Concerning participants of the purchases in particular offering goods of the Turkish origin to delivery at the initiative of the Ministry of Finance can establish the increased ensuring performance of the contract. The innovation concerns purchases under the Law N 44-FL.

If purchases are carried out within both the Law N 44-FL, and the Law N 223-FL, the admission of the Turkish goods (works, services) or performance of work which is carried out by the organizations registered in the Republic of Turkey, it is supposed to limit.
