When in documentation on the Federal law of April 5, 2013 N 44-FL "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" restrictions for the admission of foreign medical products are set, it is impossible to buy at the same time the goods which have entered the corresponding list and not entered him. It and other provisions are included in rules by which separate medical products are bought.
The advisory council according to the Russian software continues to consider applications for compliance to the rules approved by the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1236.
It is reported that transition to electronic procedures will become possible since January 1, 2017. By July 1, 2017 the state customers will be obliged to use system.
