For this purpose, the information from the contracts register was confirmed: the participant during the three years prior to the filing date performed three or more of the contract without penalty with his penalty. The price of one of the contracts must be at least 100% of the initial (maximum) contract price specified in the notice.
The rules will not apply if the participant will offer the price not less than 25% lower than shown in the notice, and (or) in the conditions of the contract will provide for the payment of the advance.
