Medvedev has charged to transfer state procurements to the electronic auction completely

It is reported that transition to electronic procedures will become possible since January 1, 2017. By July 1, 2017 the state customers will be obliged to use system.

According to the Ministry of Economic Development, the volume of purchases makes 29 trillion rubles: state procurements – 6 trillion rubles and purchase of state companies – 23 trillion rubles. It in turn makes nearly a half of GDP of Russia.

Also the prime minister has charged to lower even more a share of not price criteria in state procurements, to 20%, and it is still sharp to limit a possibility of transfer of contracts to the only suppliers that will include an exception of a possibility of transfer of subcontracts to them which can't be transferred also to legal persons, affiliated with the general contractor, within a quota for small business

 Universal electronic platforms have to be ready by June. On their base will be made not only state procurements and purchases of state companies, but also privatization, and also sale of property of bankrupts.
